Korean Nationals who have returned to Korea after residing abroad for three (3) years or longer
Children of Naturalized Korean Citizens Who Have Difficulty Continuing Their Education in Korean Schools
(Subject to Review by the School Management Committee)
Students who, following a review by the School Management Committee established at a domestic elementary, middle, high, or special school pursuant to Article 31 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, are determined to have insufficient Korean language proficiency to keep up with classroom instruction.
Students who experience difficulties adapting to school due to cultural differences.
Students who are recognized as having difficulty continuing their studies at their current school due to other comparable reasons.

- Required if both the parents and the student are Korean nationals and have resided abroad for more than three years.
